From our childhood, we are always advised to have food on time. Irrespective of the combination of foods that we have, the only thing that we are worried about is the time at which we have our meals. There are certain combinations within the food meals that we have which if avoided, makes our health look much better than before. Below are certain combinations of food that if not avoided, might directly affect our health big time.

Having a fruit after a meal: In general, a fruit is a bit high in sugar content. It is always advised to have fruits before meals. It is because it can get digested much quicker than others. It is quite opposite the other way around. When you have fruit right after your meal, your stomach decides to initiate the digestion process of the food particles that are quite difficult to digest. Only after processing those particles, your stomach will move to digest the sugar content of the fruits. During this period, it would have started to ferment. Thus, as normal advice, it is always better to avoid having fruits right after meals.

Bananas and Milk: We as normal humans do know the benefit of having bananas regularlyBananas are high in calorie content and it increases when you have it with milk. There are a lot of individuals who love to have banana smoothies regularly. When bananas are eaten along with milk, it increases the digestion process. People might even feel quite heavy and need a break right after having it. You can add cardamom as well as a few nuts which will stimulate the digestion a bit faster than usual.

Cucumber and Tomato along with lemon as a dressing: Very few know that cucumber should never be used as a combination with tomatoesLemon, on the other hand, does not go well with either of them. Thus, it is better to have them separately rather than consuming it altogether. 

Cheese with beans: It is one of the prime dishes in Mexican restaurants. A combination of cheese along with beans leads to the formation of gas within the digestive system and causes bloating. It will cause issues later at night. Additionally, cheese with tomatoes is also a weak combination provided the digestion process is not so strong enough. It is evident that under these conditions, it is better to avoid having this combination of foods in your meal.

Melons and prosciutto: Melons are not too good at combining with other fruits. It is always better to have those separately from others. The main reason to do so is the amount of sugar content within the fruit. When had along with another fruit there is a greater chance of it getting fermented within the body leading to higher glucose levels in the body. Hence, it is always better to have melons alone.
