Very Beautiful Snakes in the World

When spoken about snakes, only one thing comes into everybody’s mind, it is none other than fear. It is known as a fact that there are different species of snakes which are ridiculously poisonous and have no mercy on the one’s that it preys. Scientists have found that there are around about 3000 species of snakes with each having different features and known for its specific qualities. As humans, it is a natural tendency for us to feel uncomfortable and leads to an increase in heart rate and blood pressure along with an increase in adrenalin throughout the body. To contrast, there are varieties of snakes that look quite beautiful as well as less poisonous. Today we will be looking at certain species of snakes that could very well be termed as some of the beautiful snakes around the world

1.    Asian Vine Snake: the main beauty of these species are the scales which has somewhat geometrical patterns. This pattern is observed when the snake feels threatened and this is its instantaneous response. This leads to expansion of the body which in turn leads to a better view of the geometrical scales on the body of the species. When the snake is relaxed in a place, it is quite slender and green in color. This representation of scales on the body of the Asian Vine snake helps it to camouflage itself when feeling endangered.

2.    Banded Sea krait; As the name suggests these are the snakes that are found on land as well as in the ocean. This snake has a beautiful blue and black layered scale which makes it look impressive. One should never be attracted toward it because of its look because it is as poisonous as one can imagine and if bitten, one needs to react quickly to avoid serious effects. This species is also known as colubrine sea krait as well as yellow lipped sea krait. Over the years through the evolution, this snake has adapted to the changes with its tail acting as a paddle and a pair of halved nostrils which allows it to keep the saltwater from not entering into the body. This breed does need freshwater for its existence and needs to come to land for the same. One should know that these species are known to be much more poisonous than the rattlesnakes. As the snake has to be quick during its attack due to its limitations, it needs to be effective. People do not need to worry about the danger of these snakes until they are at a fair distance from them.

3.    San Francisco Garter Snake: This is one of the most beautiful snake species that are present in today’s era. The bright turquoise stripes with deep coral and black scales, make the person viewing it mesmerized and astonished. This is a species which is facing a life-threatening state of getting extinct in a few 50 years as there are only a few 1000 to 2000 of them are remaining today.

The above-mentioned species of snakes are not only poisonous but also beautiful and could be considered under the top five criteria for the most beautiful species of snakes present in today’s era.
