1. 1 cup peanuts
2. 1 tablespoon Dhania
3. 1 Teaspoon Jeera
4. 2 tablespoon chili powder
5. salt for taste

Method to prepare Peanut Powder:

Firstly, rest the peanuts and keep them aside. It will be used sometime later. After roasting the peanuts, it is time to roast the coriander seeds and Jeera. Once it is done, grind it in the mixie jar. After this step, add the roasted peanuts, salt, chili powder to the mixture( jeera and coriander), and grid it in pulse mode. Pulse mode will be available in all the latest mixie models. griding it in the pulse mode gives the coarse powder.

It really tastes awesome when the above process is followed judiciously. The peanut powder can be used as a side dish for Idli, Dosa, Upma, rice amongst various other.
