Beetroot Rice

It is quite common to have a busy life these days. People with hectic schedules always watch out to make something as quickly as possible. One of the best options is to make Beetroot rice for the family. It can be made in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Not only it can be made at the earliest time, but it is also considered to be a healthier dish.

Beetroot rice ingredients:

2 bowls of cooked rice
2 big onions
2 big beetroots nicely grated
Garam masala powder
1-inch cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
4-5 pepper
1 teaspoon jeera
3-4 tablespoon oil
ginger garlic paste
Salt and Chilli Powder

Beetroot rice method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add the Cinnamon stick, cloves, pepper, jeers, and bay leaves, once the oils heats. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add the finely chopped onions, and fry till golden brown. Then add the grated beetroot and cook till it is almost done. Now add salt, chili powder, and Dhania powder. Finally, add the garam masala powder. Cook it for a few minutes. Switch it off and add 2 bowls of rice. Mix it well and tada, Beetroot rice is ready to serve.
