When people speak about summer, the next thing that comes in mind is the heat and the sweat that arises because of that. Our body is designed in such a way that it can withstand a certain amount of temperature without any issues. The temperature level that the body can withstand could be considered to be around about 25-28 degrees Celsius. This is the level during which we do not feel much heat and can perform our routine chores without any strain and this seems to be quite peaceful. But when the temperature rises more than 30 degrees Celsius, it leads to sweating and in turn that could lead to several other effects. Having spicy food increases the heat within the body and invariably leads to sweating. It is said that these foods release toxins from within the body through the skin pores to regulate the body. Which is why we should always avoid having dishes that are quite spicy during the summers.

Clothing: Wearing synthetic clothes and polyester does lead to sweating. That is the reason it is always advised to wear clothes that are made from cotton. These clothes are known for better air transparency and have a probably lesser possibility of sweating quite quicker than usual.

Natural Deodorant: This can be created simply by using cornstarch and baking soda. By mixing both cornstarch and baking soda, it leads to a mixture and this can be applied to the skin directly. This is natural and does not have any side effects which makes it more prominent and useful. One can simply apply to one’s face for half an hour and wash it. this mixture will lead to a reduction in sweat and also odor coming from the body.

Vegetable Juices- Tomato juices, mixed vegetable juices, or even beetroot juices might lead to a reduction in sweat and make one feel quite fresh and this does help him concentrate better on his daily routines.

There are many other ways to prevent the body from sweating.
