3 Quick and Healthy Breakfasts
There are a lot of things that keep happening across all day. It is quite important for us to stay fit and healthy to overcome the stress and anxiety that we may incur in the process. One of the prime importance is to have proper meals at the right time. A normal person is always advised to have at least thrice in a day at an adequate quantity which would help them to stay fit. Out of the three meals, the one that we have in the morning is the most important one, termed as “Breakfast”.
There is an old saying, “Breakfast Meal must be eaten like the King”.
Well, it is true. To be frank, we as working individuals always find quite a less amount of time to have our breakfast properly. To solve all those problems, below are some of the best dishes that one can have in the mornings without much delay in preparing them.
1. Boiled Egg with Avocado: To prepare this kind of a meal all you need is 1 avocado fruit, brown bread, and two eggs. It is quite easy to prepare this meal. All you need to do is first cut the avocado into pieces, during which boil the eggs. Once you are done with these two steps, toast the bread with a slight usage of butter. If you do want an omelet, you can as well make that happen. Take a plate, put the slices of avocado on the bread slice, place the omelet or keep the boiled egg near the bread slice. Sprinkle a bit of pepper and salt. Tadda, your breakfast is ready.
2. Oatmeal: The simplest dish that requires minimal time to prepare in the morning. These days it is quite famous amongst the working individuals especially women. Here, all you need is milk, oats and some fruits. Add oats to milk and boil it. once it gets properly boiled, remove it from the gas stove, garnish with some fruits. Well, it is ready to be consumed.
3.Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie: Are you on the go! Have some important meetings to attend? Well, then this is the breakfast that you need to know. To make this dish, you need a banana, half a cup of milk and some peanut butter. All you need to do is, blend the banana with milk using a blender. Add some sugar or honey for it to taste awesome. Once both banana and milk get blended together, pour it in a glass with some peanut butter and nuts. Well, I would personally suggest it is one of the easiest as well as the healthiest breakfast that anyone can have in the mornings.
