A few years back no one knew much about Ed Sheeran. People might have thought of him as a regular singer who was struggling to make a name of his own in the Music Industry. There were phases when he used his friend’s houses as a place of shelter and create songs in the morning. There are many individuals who are still facing struggles in this industry. One can learn a lot from Ed as he had to sacrifice a lot in his early life. He was a kid who used to stammer at his words due to which had to face harsh bullies in the school as well as college. From his childhood, he was really fond of Music and was attracted to the guitar. Slowly he developed his liking to an art and today it is his passion that earns him his daily bread.

He joined the Academy of Contemporary Music as an undergrad in the year 2009 at the mere age of 18 years. Ed joined with the recording company named as Asylum Records in which he produced his first music album named “plus” or ”+”. Born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, the album turned out to be a major hit in the UK and Australian in the year 2011. It also led him to win the Ivor Novello Award for best song musically and lyrically. Additionally, it also won him his Grammy Award in the year 2013. Slowly he garnered his audience and today he has sold more than 26 million music albums as well as 100 million singles worldwide. Thus, one can easily say that today, he is one of the world’s best-selling music artist in the world. Some of the famous hits that we know and probably listen every other day are “The Shape of You”, ”Thinking Out Loud”, “Perfect”, “Castle On the hill” and many more.
